SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHODS:
Shipments are made by TNT to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Monaco, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
Orders are shipped by IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD from Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 hours. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday. There will be 3 delivery attempts, each time leaving a notification. After the third attempt, the order will remain in storage at the courier for 7 days. During the period of storage, the customer will be contacted for further information on the accuracy of the delivery. At the end of the 7 days, if an order is not to be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be provided.
Orders may be delayed in shipping and delivery on holidays and / or events that do not depend on Cinzia Rocca Retail srl or from the same carrier.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before providing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. The IDDI packages are carefully protected with a cardboard box and tape. Inside the box you will find the shipped IDDI products that will be wrapped in a custom tissue as well as the return instructions and the document summary. If for any reason the package is tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt subject, or to refuse delivery. In the case that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the carrier and to contact IDDI INTERNATIONAL at email@example.com.
All customers who place an order establishing a business relationship with IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD must accept delivery of your parcel. If the parcel is not delivered for reasons dependent on client (wrong address, recipient absentee, phone number incorrectly, etc..), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
IDDI shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage free. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance expires.

Return procedure and conditions
IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD wants to ensure you have a pleasant online shopping experience, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
The Customer may return any item (s) purchased from our site, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 business days from the delivery date. The customer has the option to return partial and /or the entire order.
The shipping costs for returns are honored by IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD.
1) To request a return authorization, the customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- name and surname;
- number and date of the order;
- style, article code, colour and size of the item that it will be returned
- return reason.
2) Upon receipt of a return request, IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD will send to the customer a confirmation containing the following:
- a file with attached the "return label" which the Customer must print and attach to the package;
- the telephone number and email to contact the courier and conveniently schedule a home pick up of the package; the return must be made with the carrier indicated in the mail sent by CINZIA ROCCA RETAIL srl.
3) Upon receipt of the email the customer will have to print and paste the "return label" to the front of the original package.
4) Scheduling a pickup should be made by contacting the courier who delivered the parcel to agree on date and pickup address. Communicate to the courier that you are already in possession of the "return label" provided by IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD. The courier will pick up the package at your preferred address.
The customer may choose to use a courier of their choice. In this case, the cost of return shipping and any theft or loss of the package would be the responsibility of the customer.
IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, returns 10 days past the receipt of the item(s), or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
a) the products must be returned in original condition and packaging;
b) the identification tag must still be attached to the products;
c) the accessories must be returned together with their original box that is to be considered as an integral part of the item and should not be in any way damaged and / or altered.
IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD will verify that the returned products are in original condition. Inventory inspection can take up to 5 business days. If the return is accepted you will receive a confirmation email.IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD will not accept returns that do not meet the conditions listed and will return the products back to the customer without additional shipping charges.
As indicated above, if the products are returned in original and satisfactory condition, IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD will in turn credit the amount previously charged to the customer’s credit card in the shortest amount of time possible. Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date of the return. IDDI INTERNATIONAL EOOD will not be held responsible for any delays in crediting which is the responsibility of the Bank.

Dear Customer, after receiving the return authorization, you can proceed with the shipment.
The products must be returned with the identification tag attached and all the accessories related to it (hangers, dress cover, tissue paper etc..) as an integral part of the garment itself.
The products must be returned in the original packaging or similar in size and solidity.
How to prepare the shipping
1) Close the package and making sure that all corners are protected by packing tape
2) Print the ELECTRONIC LABLE
3) Insert the ELECTRONIC LABLE in the transparent TNT envelope delivered with the products in the initial shipment. It ‘s important that is removed the ELECTRONIC LABLE of the shipment forward. On the package must be present only the electronic label of the return.
4)Attach the transparent envelope containing the ELECTRONIC LABLE on the package.
5)Contact TNT courier by telephone agreeing on the day and date of the pickup.
All data relating to the shipment will be present on ELECTRONIC LABLE
